3. User Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

• Properly classify and declare all freight, including hazardous materials

• Ensure freight is properly packaged and labeled for transportation

• Pay all agreed-upon charges in a timely manner

4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by J20 Solutions Corp. are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the quote. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, accessorial services, and other factors. Quotes are valid for the time period specified and are subject to carrier availability.

5. Liability Limitations

As a freight broker, J20 Solutions Corp. arranges transportation but does not assume carrier liability for loss, damage, or delay of freight. Carrier liability is governed by the terms of the carrier's bill of lading and applicable federal regulations. We maintain a surety bond as required by the FMCSA.

6. Claims

Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be reported to J20 Solutions Corp. within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist in the claims process between shippers and carriers. All claims are subject to the carrier's liability terms and applicable regulations.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the J20 Solutions Corp. website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of J20 Solutions Corp. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

9. Website Use
