Questions
Answers to common questions about our freight brokerage services, shipping options, licensing, and how we operate.
A freight brokerage acts as an intermediary between shippers who need to transport goods and carriers who have the trucks and equipment to move them. J20 Solutions Corp. coordinates the entire shipping process — from finding the right carrier and negotiating rates to managing documentation and tracking your shipment from pickup to delivery.
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping shares trailer space with other shippers, making it cost-effective for smaller shipments that don't fill an entire truck. FTL (Full Truckload) dedicates an entire trailer to your freight, offering faster transit times and reduced handling. Our team can help you determine which option best fits your volume, budget, and timeline.
J20 Solutions provides real-time location visibility through GPS monitoring and carrier check-calls at every major milestone. Your dedicated coordinator is your single point of contact throughout execution. Exceptions and deviations are communicated proactively — before they become problems.
We handle a wide range of freight types including general merchandise, temperature-controlled goods, hazardous materials (hazmat), oversized and overweight loads, high-value cargo, and more. Whether you're shipping palletized goods, heavy machinery, or perishable products, we have the carrier relationships and expertise to get it done.
Submit a lane through our lane submission form or contact us directly. We'll review your freight profile — origin, destination, commodity, cargo value, and timeline — and determine whether the lane qualifies under our execution parameters. Not all freight is accepted. If it does qualify, we confirm. If it doesn't, we tell you directly.
Standard cargo insurance is included with every shipment coordinated through J20 Solutions. All carriers in our network are required to maintain valid cargo and liability insurance. For high-value or specialized freight, additional coverage options are available. Contact us for details on coverage limits and supplemental insurance.
Transit times vary based on distance, shipping mode, and service level. Standard FTL shipments typically move 500–600 miles per day. LTL shipments may take 2–5 business days depending on the lane. Expedited and time-critical options are available for urgent freight with guaranteed delivery windows.
We provide freight brokerage services across all 48 contiguous United States. Our carrier network covers every major freight lane in the country — from the Northeast corridor and Southeast markets to the Midwest, Mountain West, and Pacific Coast.
Yes. J20 Solutions Corp. is a federally licensed property broker registered with the FMCSA under MC-1491231. We maintain the required surety bond.
